For example, if customer makes his/her first 1 minute call of the day by 10:00am, once its 11:59pm, the charging counter will reset and the customer will be required to make another 1 minute from main account by 12:00am the next day.

Q15. What happens if the airtime in my main account is less than 1 minutes?

Ans. If the airtime in your main account is less than 1 minute, the available airtime in your main account will be used for calls after which subsequent charges will occur from your BetaTalk bonus account or other bonus accounts.

For example, if customer has N20 in his/her main account and N100 in BetaTalk bonus account.

Call charges will begin from the N20 and once exhausted, charges will continue form the BetaTalk bonus account.
