INEC Continuous Voter Registration Portal (ICVRP) is portal which you can carry out all your voters card registration processes on.
As a new applicant of Permanent Voters card, you can do the pre-Registration online. Or as an already registered person, you can review your voter registration, request to update your information or transfer your voter registration to another polling Unit.

How to register for your permanent voters card online

Step one: visit INEC PVC website
The official online registration portal for PVC is https://cvr.inecnigeria.org.
Please visit INEC website through the link that was being shared above and click on “Sign in/Register”.
Step two: create an account
After visiting INEC website, now you can create an account. In this case, you can use your Facebook or Gmail login details to create INEC PVC account.
Or you can create an account by just simply enter into your personal and contact information, for example, your name, phone number, email address, etc.

Step three: confirm your account.
The next step now is sign in to your email inbox and find the confirmation email you must have received from INEC in order to verify you and your email.
Click the link which was just sent to you via mail to verify your account and it’ll redirect you to a page where you will be wished congratulated.
After the successful verification, you can now continue to register for your PVC online as discussed in the next step.
Step four: log in and fill the PVC form
As you have just verified your account, now, you should kindly revisit INC PVC registration portal via the link we have shown earlier, log in with your email address and password and fill the form with the required information online.
Step five: select date for your biometric capturing
Immediately the form has been filled with a valid information, you can now go ahead to select a convenient date and time, INEC office for your biometric capturing.
The biometric capturing and the collection of your plastic permanent voters card (PVC) must be done at any INEC office, hence make sure you choose a date and time and INEC office that precisely nearest to you for convenience.

Step six: submit and print your application slip

Make sure to keep the application slip which you have just printed save as you will not be able to get your PVC without it in any INEC office nationwide.

- Pre-register at cvr.inecnigeria.org
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Follow the account activation link sent to you via mail to very your email
- Verify your account, login and fill the PCV form
- Select a convenient date for your biometric capturing
- Submit form and wait for application slip containing ID, QR Code and other details
- Print out the application slip
- Visit INEC registration centre you selected in step 5 to capture your biometric
- A registration slip will be issued once everything is confirmed and completed
