The executive Governor of Kogi State, his Excelency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello with his Deputy Governor, Chief Edward David Onoja have announced the change of name of Kogi State University to Prince Abubakar Audu University at the school’s campus.
The school management and National University commission (NUC) have been informed that the certificate of every graduating student of Kogi State University from 2019 henceforth would be headed as PRINCE ABUBAKAR AUDU UNIVERSITY, ANYIGBA, KOGI STATE.
This changing of the name of this school (KSU) honours Late Prince Abubakar Audu, the first executive governor of Kogi State.
