  • Click on the link sent to your phone and login to pay on JumiaPay website with your registered email on Jumia or sign up to pay
  • On the JumiaPay payment confirmation page, click Pay Now
  • Select Use different payment method to add a debit card, returning customer can use the pre-registered debit card
  • Click Pay Now and Enter OTP from your bank
  • Submit and your payment will be successfully processed.

How to pay on delivery using QRcode

In the same vein, you can also use QRcode method to pay on Jumia at the delivery point.

Has Jumia stopped accepting pay on delivery?

Sometimes, Jumia pay on delivery may not be accepted and it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Selected items shipped from overseas are not eligible for Pay on Delivery
  • Customer’s total cart value is under ₦2,000
  • Your total cart value is above ₦150,000
  • Your delivery option (some far regions, some specific pick-up stations) is not eligible for Pay On Delivery.
