I have contacted Customer call Three times..I just did now, and they are saying…restart your phone before using it,put on and off airplane mode!!

Guys, I’m experiencing the same issue that Abdulrazaq seems not to have a clue to. I just subscribed #1000 on Monday (using *141# as I have been doing for almost 2 years) so I have an active YouTube data because balance was checked to confirm. I streamed and downloaded videos between 2am to 4.30am only to discover immediately I was done that my main data was deducted/wiped off while the YouTube own is untouched. This goes on and on till it eventually expired. This is what I l’ve observed for about a month now.
QUESTION: Why the stress of denying sleep to download in the night using Airtel sim since it’s the main data that is being deducted with impunity as against the supposed YouTube night data that is being claimed to be used by this blogger?
