How to contact NIMC customer care (2024)

Good day. Please l registered for my Nin on 24 of February 2022 collected the original 11 of March and till now unable to use it for retrievement of my MTN and l need the my sim desperately please kindly update it for me is urgency my sim was stolen

I did my nin Feb 2021 last month February l lost my phone to retrieve my MTN line saying not validated was advised to go to nin enrollment at laspotech on getting dere they asked me to redo it which l did immediately that day 24th of February and came back for original copy two weeks after,l went to MTN office on Saturday 11 march saying l should update it again..and l need to retrieve my line very urgency, please help me

Hello Good day Sir/ madam .
I am Dauda Nasiru Ola, I applied for the correction of date of birthday since July 2019. I did remittance of (₦15000) on the 22-07-2019. and I also provide all the supporting documents that is required for the process. 

On the 22-08-2019, that’s one month interval, I received a called from the NIMC hand office Abuja, and they asked me my correct date of birthday: 22-08-1997. Which I told them. Four weeks later, they called me again and told me that they have corrected the date of birthday, that I can now go to the Port Harcourt office to collect my nimc print out, that same day I received a call from Abuja, Madam Joy that is in charge of  correction of date of birthday in Port Harcourt office, also called  me, that they have corrected my date birthday. 

So I want to the Port Harcourt office to collect my nimc print out, so when I called it, I have not using it for any official purpose or official transcation, since that time, it was of recent that I discovered that they have not effect the correct date of birthday, when I want to use it for official purpose.

It is still showing the old date of birthday. And as it is now, it is really affecting me pschologically, because I am unable to use it any official purpose or transactions.

This is old date of birthday: 05-11-1992.

And 

this is New date of birthday: 22-08-1997.
this my NIMC number: 58417044616.

I have gone back to madam Joy’s office that help me to process that, she keeps turning me down, since Last year December that I discovered that they did not effect what I applied, I have been going to Port Harcourt office to complain the issue to them, mostly Madam Joy, but no positive response from her, rather she keep on saying that she has re-scan my documents to hand office. That’s they have  not  done anything about it.

Please Sir, kindly look in to my issue because this issue has been affecting my life nagatively.
